Universities can often feel like ‘they’ are in charge - they ‘allow’ you to attend or choose how to treat (teach) you, they decide how much you pay and what for, they decide what the standards are as to whether you should pass or fail.

But what you probably don’t realise is that you actually have a lot of power on your side, too.
Essentially, you are a paying customer who’s investing in your entire future. 
And it’s only right and fair that you have the opportunities to get what you paid for.

A few universities are great at working with students to make sure they get the experience they were expecting. Others, though, are much better at taking your tuition fees than working to deliver your future.

The ‘commercialisation’ of HE over recent years has seen fees escalate and yet industrial action and covid have shown that students just haven't been getting what they were sold and paid for.

YE.S was created by higher education and marketing specialists, who between them have more than 20 years of experience selling universities to students.
